What Cut Studio App is

Cut Studio App is a web application for two-dimensional cutting optimisation, built for joinery shops, glaziers and acrylic workshops. It works out how to lay a set of parts onto the boards you have, keeps track of material and offcuts, produces quotes and walks you through the cut at the saw from your phone.

The cutting plan is calculated in your own browser. You do not need an account to use the optimiser; an account is only needed to save projects, export without a watermark and work alongside the rest of the shop.

How this site may be used

Access to the site is free of charge, except for the parts that require an account or a paid plan. Anyone using it undertakes to do so in accordance with the law, with these terms and in good faith.

  • The site may not be used for unlawful activity or for anything harmful to others.
  • You may not attempt to reach restricted areas, other workshops’ data, or the systems that run the service.
  • You may not introduce malicious code or do anything that degrades the service for other people.
  • You may not extract the contents of the site in bulk by automated means without prior written permission.

Who owns what you see

The code, the design, the «Cut Studio App» name, the copy, the icons and the layout of the screens belong to the owner or are used under licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Viewing them and using the application transfers no rights over them.

What you put in is yours. The projects, parts, materials, inventory, customers and quotes you enter remain your property, and you can export and delete them whenever you like. The owner claims no rights over that content beyond what is needed to run the service for you.

How far liability goes

Cut Studio App is a calculation and planning tool. The cutting plan depends on the measurements, thicknesses, kerf and trims you enter, and is a proposed optimisation, not a verified manufacturing instruction.

Checking the measurements before cutting is always down to you. The owner is not liable for wasted material, mis-cut parts, or losses arising from incorrect input data or from misreading the cutting plan.

Nor is the owner liable for service interruptions outside its control, or for damage caused by using the site other than as intended.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute the parties submit to the courts of the owner’s domicile, unless consumer law imposes a different venue, in which case the one set by law will apply.
