What always goes wrong with this kind of software

"My 80 parts are in a spreadsheet"

Select the range in Excel and paste. Length, width and quantity fill in at once, and malformed rows get flagged instead of breaking the import.

"The edge banding never adds up"

You type the finished size, the one the assembled unit has. The engine takes off the banding thickness and optimises the cut size. A 896 × 296 door with four 0.8 edges is cut at 894.4 × 294.4.

"It rotated a part that has grain"

That cannot happen here. If a part has grain, rotation is locked in the engine itself, not behind a warning you can click past.

"The plan cannot be cut on my saw"

Every plan is guillotine by construction: edge-to-edge cuts, in order, with the saw kerf already counted. There is no pretty result that then will not go through the panel saw.

Offcut inventory

The board you did not cut today is money next month.

Every plan puts back into stock the offcuts above your minimum size, with their code, their size and the job they came from. On the next job they come in as stock and get used before you open a fresh board.

Next to the saw, a desktop menu is no use.

Shop mode is a single screen: the parts on the board you are cutting, in type you can read from a metre away, one tick box per part. Nothing else. It works with gloves on and sawdust on your hands.
